When will I get my package?
As a small business, we do our very best to ensure that we will dispatch your order within five business days. You will be advised as soon as your order is dispatched. Our distribution partners and the various carriers globally prefer the Authority To Leave option only, so please ensure your delivery drop address is secure when using this service. Foot Fleece will not accept liability for ANY lost, damaged, or stolen orders, or orders destroyed by pets. Limited tracking includes dispatch notification with this service.
Note: Same day dispatch does not apply.
All items are delivered with authority to leave (safe drop). If deemed unsafe by the carrier who is delivering the parcel, items will be carded for collection at the nearest depot.
How we pack and care for your item
All items are checked prior to packing and handled with great care, to ensure that each item is guaranteed to be dispatched in perfect condition. As every packet is packed by hand, we encourage you to check your Foot Fleece just in case any tiny grass seeds or debris from the sheep has made it into your packet! Gently remove that (and we are sorry) before you use the Foot Fleece.
Foot Fleece is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods whilst in transit; however if your item arrives damaged please contact us at originalfootfleece@gmail.com

Why is my Delivery delayed?
The shipping time guides provided on this website indicate approximate shipping times only - they are not guaranteed delivery times. Foot Fleece cannot be held responsible for delays in parcels arriving at their destinations. This includes, but is not limited to: delays with any nominated carriers or carrier agents/representatives, delays in customs processing and clearance, delays resulting from industrial strikes/protests/wars/natural disasters, road, traffic or busy periods with freight companies.
What about Import Tax/Duty?
The payment of any customs duty/import tax is the responsibility of the purchaser and should be investigated with their local customs or postal department to see what duties are payable (if any). Check your local import duty/tax before ordering.
Please note that the United States government is applying various tariffs and duties to imported goods from around the world. Our ability to ship to you may change at any time and if this is the case you will be notified and your order refunded.
How do I dispose of Foot Fleece?
Foot Fleece is a natural product so you can compost (you will need to firmly almost rip it out of your socks as it really weaves its way around the fibres protecting your toes!) Wool generally takes between 3 mths to 2 years to fully break down in compost so if you are going to compost, be prepared for it to take a little while but it is fully biodegradable.

Please remember that this is a natural product, please do not use on already broken skin – if your blister has not yet developed then this is great from preventing a blister but if your hot spot has gone too far, I am not sure we can help! Use generously if you have already developed a hot spot to provide generous padding and to prevent further rubbing.
