How To Use
Place Foot Fleece loosely around toes and between toes or where friction or pressure might occur. If you get blisters you will know your ‘hot spots’. Use generously and do not use any form of tape – this really disturbs the cushioning effect and may in fact, give you a blister! Carefully ease your socks over your Foot Fleece padded toes and wiggle your toes around to feel comfortable – ease into your boots or runners and off you go!
When you come to remove your socks you will find your toes have made cute little wool pockets in your socks – really yank that wool out of your socks before you put them in the was – it has knitted into your socks – its all part of the magic!
STEP 1
Gently Remove some foot fleece
from your bag
STEP 2
Wrap foot fleece around / over your blister hot spot. Use between and over / around toes - don't use tape.
STEP 3
There isn't as wrong way to use Foot Fleece.
Use where you know you might experience a blister.
STEP 4
Boots on, wiggle your toes, should feel padded with no ridges - have a great hike!
